MyKHTP is an official app for Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) which allows tenants and visitors to access and get information. This app is managed by Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd (KTPC), the developer and manager for KHTP. MyKHTP is an app that contains information such as:

- KHTP’s Tenants
- Available Space for Rent
- Maintenance Request System

Maintenance Request System:
- Designed exclusively for KTPC’s buildings tenants
- Maintenance request can be made through the app by registered users (system allows for multiple users from the same organization)
- Dashboard for request tickets
- Data management for locations and categories had been efficiently set-up for ease of use
- Photos can be uploaded to support the request.
- Users are able to track work progress at anytime
- Email notifications for new and closed requests
- Users are able to rate our technicians work
